Sample booking terms
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions apply, by way of example, to all bookings and stays in the T32 Studio Living studios by consumers and businesses.
2. Conclusion of contract
A contract is formed, for example, as soon as a booking inquiry is confirmed or a reservation is accepted in writing by email.
3. Services
The accommodation is provided furnished and with the facilities described in the offer. The confirmed booking, including period, price, and additional services, is decisive.
4. Prices and payment
All stated prices are examples and include statutory VAT. Depending on the agreement, payments are due in advance, on arrival, or after invoicing.
5. Arrival and departure
Check-in and check-out times are based on the booking confirmation. Special arrangements may be possible subject to availability and require separate coordination.
6. Cancellation
Free or chargeable cancellation periods may vary depending on the rate model. For a real offer, specific deadlines and fees should be added transparently here.
7. Use of accommodation
The studios may only be used within the contractually agreed scope. Guests are obliged to treat the accommodation with care and observe house rules.
8. Liability
Liability is governed by statutory provisions. Any further limitation of liability should be reviewed and formulated by a qualified professional for real use.
9. Final provisions
Austrian law applies by way of example. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
